Todich Floral Design LTD(flowers24hours.co.uk) endeavours to re-create the floral design and products you have chosen as accurately as possible. However, the flowers and other products offered on this website are subject to availability, as seasonal and supply changes will occasionally affect floral designs and other items on sale. Our bouquets and arrangements are hand made, so no two will ever be identical. Should the flowers you order be unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative matched in colour and variety, of similar or greater value without, prior notice. We will send you e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order including a delivery date. We will try to meet any personal requirements, communicated to us by phone, email or fax.
Todich Floral Design LTD will issue an order reference number automatically after processing card payment. This confirms that we have received your order. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly and on the appropriate field on our order form as we can not accept responsibility if you do not receive email confirmation. Please keep a note of your personal order number for reference. If there is any ambiguity with order call us urgently and we will confirm the status of your order. We will endeavour to fulfil your order to the best of our ability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part at any time. We prefer to have at least 48 hours notice of order. If you place an order with us after the daily deadline, your order will be treated as though it had been placed before the deadline for the following day. We cannot accept orders placed more than a year before the date of delivery.
Prices for all products include service charge but do not include delivery. Prices for products on this site are in pounds sterling (£).
LONDON and UK DELIVERY
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide next working day delivery to most of the UK postcode areas and same day delivery to selected London post code areas on any accepted order subject to the following: We do not accept liability for delay in the event if there is no-one to receive the order at the delivery address. If the recipient is not there the item will be safe dropped and delivery notice card will be left. If the item can not be safe dropped it will be returned for disposal unless a re-delivery charge is paid for this additional service within 24 hours. If after the disposal a full replacement is then required, the order will need to be placed again and charged in full prior to re-delivery. All delivery items must include a full and correct address, postal code and name of the recipient. The sender (customer) is responsible for correctly entering the delivery details and all perishable items with an address that is not correct will be returned for disposal. We will make every effort to deliver all standard business deliveries between the hours of 9am and 6pm and all standard residential deliveries between 8:30am and 8 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are available for selected postcodes only and will clearly be indicated on the web site. The availability and delivery charge for each individual item will be indicated on our web-site and, each item might have a different deadline. Despite making every effort, due to factors beyond our control, we can not absolutely guarantee delivery dates requested and all orders placed with us will be delivered as close to the selected date as possible. Exception is Friday when the next available date will be Monday. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order, we will arrange another day for delivery with you. All customers whose deliveries are early or late are entitled to a refund of a delivery charge and delivery charge only. Specific timed deliveries and deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland are usually not possible.
Todich Floral Design can not guarantee delivery for transmitted orders to mainland Britain and the rest of the world as this is beyond our control. We cannot guarantee prices for specified numbers or amounts of flowers for example: 6 red roses. Prices for such items are left open and stated by the delivering florist. Alternatively a bouquet to a specific value can be sent. All international orders will be delivered within 2 working days. Same day delivery is possible but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact Todich Floral Design LTD if you have specific requirements. No orders will be accepted for the armed forces or ships. All queries on international orders may take a number of days to investigate. International prices are subject to change without notice. Todich Floral Design LTD(flowers24hours.co.uk) accepts no responsibility for price changes beyond its control.
CREDIT ACCOUNT PAYMENT
Payment should be received no later than 30 days from date of invoice. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the late payment of commercial debts (interest) act 1988 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
We use reputable delivery agents who are used to taking care of fragile cargo. In the unlikely event of your delivery being damaged, retain the flowers and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Take a photograph (preferably digital) of the damaged flowers and send to us with your complaint. We will not accept any liability unless we are advised within the 24-hour period (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has been accepted, your delivery is guaranteed, provided the correct address and postcode has been supplied. In the event that the recipient is not in when delivery takes place, a card will be left with a phone number to rearrange delivery. Redelivery may take place the following day. We need at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date for order cancellation. No refund will be given to any of the cancellations with less then 48 hours notice. All other cancellations will attract a cancellation fee of 20% or minimum £5.75 of the total whichever greater to cover the administration cost
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
If the products total more than the value of the voucher, the balance is payable by credit card at the time of placing the order.
Gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and may not be applied to orders already placed with us.
If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the gift certificate, the recipient can use the balance at a later date (only if the remaining balance is more than £10).
Gift certificate has its expiry date and after this date it is not valid any more.

Todich Floral Design LTD(flowers24hours.co.uk) guarantees a quality product and service to our customer. Each order consists of the highest-grade products. We investigate all complaints thoroughly. Refunds or product replacements will be given in the event of all genuine complaints. The following care procedures must be followed before any complaint is considered: Fill a clean vase with fresh water. Cut stem ends at an angle with a sharp knife. Remove all leaves which will be below water level. Check the water level daily replace with fresh water ( and add flower food ) if necessary. Do not place flowers in a draught or near any heat source or ripening fruit. These will reduce the vase life of the flowers. In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your order please e-mail us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not accept responsibility for any indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of business, loss of goodwill whatsoever other than death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

You are entitled to see a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to correct any error or omission in it. Your request must contain enough details to enable us to identify and find your personal data.
