Hampton Court Palace Gardens

Hampton Court Palace, in Surrey, was a favourite of Henry VIII and sees thousands of visitors flock to it every year. However the gardens themselves are not to be missed: they feature the world’s oldest hedge maze, over 8000 trees – some of which are over 300 years old – and 650 acres of historic parkland. RHS Garden Wisley

Wisley, also in Surrey, is a beautiful destination any time of year, but especially stunning in the summer. There is a also a tropical glasshouse to see orchids, rockeries featuring alpine plants and a canal where water lilies sprout like stars.

Threave Estate

Located in Dumfries and Galloway, Threave Estate is one of Scotland’s top attractions. Across hundreds of acres there are many delights to explore including a rock garden, secret garden, glasshouses and wetlands area. In the glasshouses exotic blooms are on display while there are stunning flowers like rhododendron’s, azalea’s, heather and roses to enjoy across the grounds.

Trebah Garden

These magical sub-tropical gardens in Cornwall feature a dazzling array of flowers including rhododendruns, magnolias, hydrangeas and gunnera.
