Excellent service and very impressed by 24 hr delivery service. My feedback is to only improve your services and isnt criticism.. The tracker on your website doesn't help anticipate what time approx the order will come which isn't convenient. Also, I ordered the flowers to my house so I could give to my loved one by hand however the card envelop on the flowers had my name and address on it so I had to remove the sticker and ripped the envelop slightly. Is it possible to choose the name on the envelop and not have address on it (which is useful when the buyer doesn't send to the loved ones house directly)? Many thanks"

I had to ring from NZ as after I gave my visa details on line..the site disappeared and I did not want to put in another order in case the first had gone through. The lady who took my order was very helpful as it was not easy to put a NZ number in and she had to play around with the post codes etc to get the visa to accept. Unforunately next day I found that the recipient was at a different office, and rang you to see if you could change the delivery address. The chap I spoke to was honest (it wouldn't be easy), knowledgeable (he quickly located the delivery and van and discovered it MIGHT be possible) and effective (he moved fast to try to change the delivery).
