I am delighted to say my experience with the service was perfect. Not only the order was accepted for AM delivery (which is outside of normal service level), it was also delivered accurately - on time. The only other comment on my side would be a wish to have the order tracking page updated faster - when I got an text message from the addressee that the flowers were delivered, the site still showed that they have not yet been delivered (maybe it has something to do with leaving the order with neighours)

There was some negotiation involved re time of delivery and collection because I work full time. While the service was ultimately very good, it would be nice to have someone at the end of the phone who makes allowances during the conversation for the fact that the customer works full time and may not be able to accept delivery or collection on weekdays between 9 and 6pm!"
