Flower Arranging is Fun!
I recently came accross this website about flower arranging.
It covers all aspects from arranging a simple hand tied bouquet to wiring flowers to create a bridal display. There are hints and tips on arrangements to suit the season: try the autumn arrangement for example. You can also try your hand at drying flowers and preserving dried flower heads in wax to use as floating decorations.
There is even a brief introduction to the Japanese art of Ikebana, but this is a subject that can take years of study. Perhaps these short notes might encourage you to dedicate yourself to mastering one branch of this skill.
