The assortment of large-flowered potted narcissus consists largely of cut flower strains with attractive long stems. The consequence of this is that stems sometimes weaken when the Narcissus is in full bloom. However, the Narcissus is a real potted plant, it grows solidly, has sturdy stems and ‘hard’ leaves. As a result it can be placed indoors or outdoors, without the risk of wind damage. Neither is a bit of frost any kind of problem.
